Privacy notice

AYAAN RESOURCES SDN BHD uses the details you give when you order (name, phone, email, address) only to process and deliver your order, to send your invoice and to contact you about it, as required by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Your order and payment slip are kept in our customer system (REDLOTUS CRM) and are not sold or shared, except with the courier delivering your order. You may ask to see or correct your details by emailing support@ayaanresources.com.

This website uses one cookie for your cart and one for your language. It does not use advertising cookies.

If you open a link from one of our sales representatives, one more cookie remembers which representative it was, so they are credited if you order. It holds no personal details.

We count visits anonymously (which pages are viewed, where visitors come from, phone or computer) with a random number stored in your browser, without your name or IP address. You are only known to us if you chat with us or order. Browsers set to "do not track" are not counted.
